These numbers do generally show if you will do better in a traditional role over an entrepreneurial role. Relax we got you covered for both options. We recommend getting your education before taking any role. Why? You will own your license(s) and not be beholden to any company.

People can of course work in environments out of their comfort zone. It is wise to realize it could make success more difficult if to divergent a fit. In whatever role you end up taking, make sure it fits you and them.

Interpreting your score. These numbers are non-scientific.

  • Score -150 or below to -50. You would likely do better in a standard 9 to 5 job.

  • Score - 50 to 50. You are undecided. Both traditional or independent may be a good fit.

  • Score + 50 to + 150 You vacillate to independence but like some safety nets. Perhaps a side hustle while holding a regular job  is a good way to start an entrepreneurial role to make side income.

  • Score +150 and above. You are likely to vacillate towards independence and entrepreneurial roles and may wish to consider an independent agency.

What does licensed to insure specialize in?

We help people get into the life insurance business. How? We get you licensed without the middle man and recommend places to apply.

Is getting a license hard?

Totally depends on how well you study and retain information. The majority of people that get the education that we recommend do it in under 10 days. They generally pass their test on their first attempt.

Is selling insurance hard?

It depends on you. Generally though if you can learn a good script, can be conversational, then you have the ability to be successful.

How much does it cost to use you?

Zero. Unless you choose to do the Get Advice option. We charge you one time fee of $139.95.. It includes a licensure course discount, a $100 dollar value, and you pay us $39.95 for access to a call, email, video, and e-book. We'd do it for free but our 4 kids cost a lot to feed. P.S. 50% of consult sales goes to Food for the Hungry and other awesome charities.

Do I have to go through you to get licensed?

No! We offer discount codes because we are incentivizing you to work with us. If you just want the code though and that's it, you are welcome to do so. We use two different companies to get you trained at a steep discount. The first option is a life license through a partner company called Get You Insurance License. They normally charges $490. It will require 20 hours of your life and you pay the training company for your license $100. Click here if you are ready.

The second option is life and health through a partner company. It will require 40 hours of your life, and you need to pay the training company XCEL. There cost is also marked down to $100.00 from their normal $300 dollar range. If you chose this option then we will send you a discount code per our referring partners request. Sign up here.

What's the catch?

There is no catch. You can think of us as fishers of men and women. We only want to catch the right ones. Winners leave clues. First, you need to be licensed to sale insurance. Some companies plain up lie that they own your license. We want to get you hired at one of the companies that we work with because they act with honesty. Second, we want you to refer people to us. Much of insurance is through referral business. We want you to use us. Third, if you get hired by one of the companies that we use and last for at least 90 days then we get a very nice thank you from the company. That makes us as happy like Pharrell Williams cashing his movie royalty checks.

Can I speak with someone with your company?

Yes! If you want to speak with one of us then we do have that as an option. There is a fee. Why? Our time is valuable just like yours. If you do want access to both course options and the extras then you can book on our calendar below. The total cost is $140.00 and gets you both companies discount codes. The extra $40.00 covers our time and helps pays the many, many, many grocery bills that our 2 teenagers and 2 pre-teens cost us. We homeschool our kids so it's also generally nice to take a break and speak to someone about something besides math or spelling words. We also donate a portion of every sale to charity. Do unto others as you want them to do to you is a solid philosophy for life.
